Quit Falling – Step 3:  What is the 3rd class and what will I learn?

  • Quick overview of the importance of challenging body through exercise vs. safety with function
  • Quick overview of fall prevention techniques taught in step 1 and 2 classes.
  • Hands on practice of safe ways to target balance muscle with balance exercises.
  •  Exercises are modified for individual needs.

Individual or Group classes?

The Individual Sessions are geared toward giving quality one-on-one interaction, to assure the most applicable lessons are learned.

The Group Classes are more affordable, and given in a supportive group setting.
